Paloma Faith is a BRIT Award-winning British singer and actress, who also has Spanish blood thanks to her father. Her music is a unique blend of soul and jazz, while her singing style is often compared to that of Amy Winehouse and Etta James.
Her debut studio album, “Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?” was released in 2009, and proved so successful that it went straight to double platinum in the UK, and earned the singer her first BRIT Award nomination. Faith released her second studio album in 2012, Fall to Grace, which opened at number two on the UK Albums Chart, and like her debut album, also went double platinum. Her most successful album to date is “A Perfect Contradiction” released in 2014, which features hits such as “Can't Rely on You” and “Only Love Can Hurt Like This”.
In addition to her music career, Faith is also a successful actress and television star. In 2014, she joined The Voice UK as a judge, replacing Rita Ora, and in 2020 she appeared on the children’s version of the show, The Voice Kids. She also runs her own publishing company, which she founded in 2015, and has recently launched her own interior design brand too, as well as being an active ambassador for Greenpeace.
Paloma has toured the world’s major concert venues, appearing at Glastonbury among others, while in 2015 she was asked to perform the official anthem of the Rugby World Cup.
Her sixth studio album, “The Glorification Of Sadness”, will be in stores from February 2024, after which she will head out on tour.
