VeszprémFest Policy
Veszprémi Ünnepi Játékok Nonprofit Kft. (hereinafter referred to as: the Organiser) is the organiser of the VeszprémFest music and culture festival (hereinafter referred to as: the Event).
By purchasing a ticket to the Festival, Visitors accept the terms and conditions related to the Event contained herein and set out by the Organiser.
VENUES IN EVENT OF RAIN
For events held in the open air, the Organiser shall announce a venue for rainy weather. The Organiser will notify Visitors about the actual venue of given performances by 2.00 pm on the day of the event through its website, Facebook page and smartphone application, and from the same time Visitors will be able to request information in person at the Organiser’s ticket office, by email or on the phone (H-8200 Veszprém, Óváros tér 10 • +36 88 800 900 • info@veszpremfest.hu)
Visitors accept that they are not entitled to withdraw their attendance due to a performance being held in the venue assigned for rainy weather. Furthermore, Visitors accept that due to the differences between the floor area of the open-air venue and the rain venue, tickets may not be valid for the same seat/row numbers at both venues.
CANCELLING PERFORMANCES
Despite a performance being interrupted, finished early, or started late owing to weather, it is considered to have been properly held if more than half was performed, and the start of the event was not postponed by more than 50% of its entire length, or it was not interrupted for more than 25% of the entire show.
If a performance is cancelled, the Organiser shall notify Visitors and the ticket sales staff of the process, the place and the deadline for ticket refunds. Tickets may be reimbursed for no more than 30 days after the date of the performance by presenting the original ticket and the receipt of purchase. Neither the Organiser nor the staff reimbursing Visitors shall compensate for any real or alleged damage or cost besides the purchase price of the Ticket, which they are obliged to refund in full to Visitors. Tickets shall not be reimbursed in any circumstances other than the cancellation of the Event.
IMAGE AND SOUND RECORDINGS
Image and sound recordings on which Visitors are visible may be made during the Event; Visitors shall not lay any claims in this respect vis-a-vis the Organiser or the rightful user of the recordings, and no consent is necessary from the Visitors to publish such recordings.
DISABLED ACCESS
Open-air venues (História Garden, Jesuit Churchyard, Óváros tér) are fully accessible. História Garden (main stage) is equipped with fully accessible toilet facilities. Please contact the Organisers by email with any related questions info@veszpremfest.hu.
