Beth Hart

The concert starts at 9:00 pm in the História Garden. Rain venue: VeszprémAréna

She is one of the world’s best-known blues-rock singers, a three-time European Blues Awards and four-time Blues Blast Awards winner. She plays the piano, guitar, cello, bass guitar and percussion instruments, and her musical style is a distinctive blend of soulful vocals, blues, rock and soul.

Born in Los Angeles in 1972, she started playing the piano at the age of 4, and by the age of 15 was playing clubs in Hollywood. She released her first album in 1993, but her real breakthrough came in 1999 with her “Screamin' for My Supper” album that included the tune “LA Song (Out of This Town)”. During her career, she has released 11 studio and 4 live albums, including “Bang Bang Boom Boom,” “Better Than Home,” and then “You Still Got Me” in 2024, all of which have enjoyed acclaim from critics and fans alike.

For many people she has become an authentic artist thanks to the honest expression of her individual voice and her musical portrayal of emotional depths. Miley Cyrus, for example, lists Beth Hart among her favourite singers of all time.

She has worked together with many global stars: in 2006 she toured the US with Jeff Beck, she collaborated with guitarist Slash on his 2010 solo album, she sang lead in the off-Broadway musical Love, Janis, and she is the only singer to have sung backing vocals on a Deep Purple song. She has worked closely with world blues star Joe Bonamassa, with whom she has released three joint albums.
